Can you set up indoors?

Yes.  We can set up the inflatables in gymnasiums or any other area that can accommodate the height (avg 16 feet) of the bounces.

 

 

How can I place a reservation?

Please contact us to check availability and place a reservation.

 

 

What are the appropriate ages for bouncing?

Ages 2-12 years for the bounce houses.  We have interactive inflatables that are appropriate for older kids and adults.

 

 

Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery is included within a 20 mile radius.  Delivery charges (if applicable) are usually nominal.  Call us for an estimate.

 

 

How much room do I need?

Since the units vary in size, please check the detail page for the size of your unit and add at least 1 foot around each side of the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be around 1 foot per step) to approximate.  If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area.  Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units.  Don't forget your vertical clearance!  You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.

 

 

How much does it cost?

It's pretty hot outside.  Does it get hot inside the inflatables?

Actually, it stays very comfortable inside the equipment.  The inflatables lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy- the loss and refilling of air!)  so it is usually breezy and cool inside.  Plus, each one has a roof that shades the bounce area.

 

 

What if it rains?

We do not set up or operate our inflatables in high winds or rain. Safety is our first concern. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in advance if we believe that it is unsafe to set up or if there are high chances of rain, etc. If we cancel, you will be refunded what you have already paid. 

 

You may cancel 7 days in advance and be refunded your deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your reservation, you will not be refunded, but may reschedule and apply the deposit to your new date. Once one of our crews has arrived to set up at your location, the remaining balance must be paid despite rain-out or any other unfortunate occurrence. 

 

If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. We strongly urge renters to reserve an alternate indoor location (such as a school gymnasium) in case of inclement weather. 

 

 

How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?

A standard walk-through gate is fine.  We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly).  If a person can comfortably walk through, we can fit the bouncer through too!

 

 

Can you set up on my driveway?

Yes.  We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area whenever possible because it is easier to secure the unit, but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface.  We will not set up on a gravel driveway.

If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit.  A slight slope is not a problem.  Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope.
